	Allison Scollar became a member of the New York Bar after earning her JD from St. Johns Law School in 1990. Prior to becoming a member of GSM, Allison had managed her own law office, where she concentrated in all aspects of New York City transactional real estate, including being responsible for the preparation and the successful filing of more than 20 cooperative and condominium Offering Plans filed with the Attorney General of the State of New York. 	Michael Moshan, who received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1991 and his JD from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1995, was an associate at Gold & Gold, P.C. for 8 years before becoming a partner in Gold Scollar Moshan, PLLC. Michael's work has been concentrated in all aspects of residential real estate with a wide range of experience in cooperative and condominium transactions, including a deep understanding of the complexities of transactions with developers. 	Robert Gold received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1981 and his JD from The Washington College of Law of American University in 1984. Robert's practice spans almost all aspects of private real estate transactions as well as a comprehensive understanding of the needs of privately held business. Robert will be "Of Counsel" to GSM, dividing his time between New York and California where he will be acting as a principal in various real estate development opportunities. 	Katherine Kokkosis received her B.A. from Fordham University in 2000 and law degree from St. John's University in 2003. Since then Katherine has focused her expertise on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as representation of lenders that participate in residential and commercial lending, cooperative and condominium law, commercial/corporate law and foreclosures. Prior to joining GSM, Katherine worked as Underwriting Counsel at a major title insurance company.
